We used Erick & Warren as our cat sitters and they sent me a variety of photos and videos every day with an extensive write up of how the cats behaved... It made me feel extremely safe and comfortable knowing that much detail about my babies.... I even had to extend my trip and they were totally accommodating. This was our first time boarding our kitties instead of having friends stay over at our place so I was a bit nervous about how they’d adapt. We did an intro call with Eric and Warren and it was clear how much they cared about them already. Drop off went smoothly and they took very careful notes of any instructions or preferences. I’d get frequently daily updates from photos, videos and descriptions about their behavior. This was the highlight of my day as we were away for two weeks. I cannot recommend this pet sitting service enough! I’ve never seen my Zara so content and happy while I’m away. They truly go above and beyond—sending frequent updates with videos and high-quality photos that captured her constant purring and how comfortable she was with them. They even brought their own toys for Zara and spent real quality time with her. You can tell they never rushed their visits and genuinely cared for her well-being. They were always punctual, maintained my apartment beautifully, and their love and attention for pets is truly palpable. The constant updates were amazing, and I’m so excited to continue using their services!!!

Erick and Warren were amazing with my cat! They took good care of her and even if she's on the shy side of things, she was out and purring/playing every day. They sent me lots of pictures and videos; would 100% recommend!!
