I raised a black cat for 17 years. I adored him from the time he was 3 months old. Since he passed away, I haven’t had a pet of my own, but have taken care of many other people’s cats instead, and enjoy doing so.
I provide cat-sitting, house-sitting, and boarding services. I am trained in giving insulin and oral meds, and I have experience caring for senior cats.
I’ve been a professional photographer for many years and love playing with the cats I care for while capturing beautiful photos and videos of them. I send daily updates to their owners along with these images.

My cats need to be fed in separate rooms, and Kiyoko managed it brilliantly. She is very caring, and takes the time with each cat. She is also a photographer so I had the pleasure of twice daily updates with pictures and video of the cats. This allowed me to relax and not worry about them while traveling.

Kiyoko watched our recently adopted cat for multiple 2 week vacations and received daily updates with pics, videos and she was able to get Queenie to a last minute vet appt when she scratched a bald spot on the back of her neck! It's incredibly reassuring to know we can be halfway around the world and our kitty is in excellent hands!!

I was in a pinch....Ceylan came to the rescue! She set me up with Kiyoko, who took care of him on two occasions. On one occasion, Kiyoko boarded my cat in her apartment for two weeks, and another time she stopped by my apartment for daily one-hour visits over the course of two weeks. My experience was fantastic! Both Ceylan and Kiyoko are extremely prompt in communicating over text. I received daily photo and video updates, and I always felt that my cat was under excellent care. My cat is very shy and has a hard time getting comfortable around new people, but he ended up developing a very close relationship with Kiyoko. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Manhattan Meow!

I know I’ve already reviewed Manhattan Meow, since I first used their services a year ago. Since then I’ve adopted a 2nd stray cat and yes - I continue to use Manhattan Meow.
Kiyoko is my go-to. She is beyond reliable and knows my cats and their little quirks. It’s so worth having peace-of-mind, when one has to travel and leave their fur babies behind. (December 2022)
